Wake Life will not take guests out in poor conditions. If weather means a booking is mutually cancelled, deposits are refunded in full. See the Booking & Weather Policy.

Where is Wake Life?

Wake Life runs private charters on Lake Maraetai in Mangakino, New Zealand. Exact meeting and launch details are provided once a charter is confirmed.

Can beginners wakesurf or wakeboard?

Yes. The private wakesurf and wakeboard charter is suitable for first rides through to more experienced guests, and basic coaching is available if required.

How many people can join a private charter?

Private wakesurf, wakeboard and scenic-cruise charters are priced for up to 10 guests.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable?

Wake Life does not take guests out in poor conditions. If a booking is mutually cancelled because of weather, deposits are refunded in full.
